Avocado is not only good for your health, but it also soothes your skin. Honey contained in the masks is good for your skin. Try your own homemade avocado facial masks to nourish, soften, cleanse and moisturize your skin.

Avocado Honey Face Mask: This easy to make face mask uses only 2 natural ingredients, namely, avocado and honey, both of which act as natural moisturizers. This mask works wonders! Take 1 fully ripe fresh avocado, remove the skin as well as the seed, and mash it up into creamy pulp in a bowl. Add 1 tablespoon of honey and stir the mixture until it turns into a uniform paste. Apply to skin and leave it on for 10-15 minutes. Rinse off the mixture with lukewarm water and pat dry your face with a soft towel.

This avocado mask recipe works to impart a beautiful glow to your face. This face mask is not too sticky, but it is delicious! Try it this weekend! Enjoy!

#1 Moisturize

I cannot say it enough moisturize, moisturize, moisturize! The fall months will dry your skin out so its important to take care of it. If you exfoliate twice a week your skin will love and thank you. This is an important step in skincare that a lot of us forget because of our busy schedules but it’s a must. With the weather getting cooler your skin needs the extra attention. Exfoliating will help remove the dead skin cells and give you that smooth, radiant, even complexion that every woman wants. #4 Remember Your Lips

#5 Sleep

You have to aim for seven hours of sleep each night (yes, even if you’re a night owl!) If it’s hard for you to fall asleep take a relaxing bath, have a cup of your favorite tea, or read a book to help you unwind. Sleeping is necessary for you to be the best you!
